Google: “active listening poster” and find one that works for you. Use it as a reminder at the beginning of circle.

Use a google search of "active listening posters" as a discussion point about which features are truly necessary for active listening. Does active listening look the same on everyone? Have students create their own posters to illustrate what active listening looks like for them.
